Layer 8 Masters LLC (“Layer 8 Masters LLC,” “we,” “us” or “our”) adopted the following Website/Digital Services Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) to inform users of (“you,” “your” or “User”), as to how our website(s), services, products and software applications (collectively, the “Sites”) collect, store, and use personal information submitted via the Sites. This Privacy Policy is only applicable to webpages available on this Site and not to any other websites that you may be able to access from the Site, which such other websites may have data collection and use practices and policies that materially differ from this Privacy Policy.

How We Collect Information:

In the unlikely event that we are not able to verify your identity from the Personal Information that we already have on file for you, we may request additional information from you. Such additional information would only be used for purposes of verifying your identity and for security or fraud-prevention purposes, and we would delete the additional information as soon as practical after processing your request. If we are not able to successfully verify your identity using the above methods, then we will not be able to comply with your request.
